What a delight it is to be reconnecting with y’all through the tubes of energy provided so kindly by Substack and the internet.

I spent the last year on a series of inventures (or maybe just one with lots of plot twists) and have finally landed in a part of myself that’s ready to interact with the world of inventurers again.

So here we are!

Let’s recap, for those of you who are new here, those who subscribed a long time ago, and those who don’t remember subscribing!

I’m Rowan (call me Ro). I’m a writer, a podcaster and a mom living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania—and sometimes in New York City.

Wild Inventures is where where I write about a life lived out of step and sometimes out of the favor of the mainstream culture. I believe that to genuinely feel good, sometimes you have to look weird. And that the struggle to be okay with that is always worth it.
